Located on the popular malecon in the Olas Altas section of El Centro, Looney Bean Olas Altas is open year round, 7 days a week offering full breakfasts, espresso, fresh pastries and more.

What began as a small coffee bar has grown into a full service restaurant. We offer full breakfasts along with a small selection of sandwiches and salads. Muffins, scones, cinnamon roles, carrot cake, cheesecakes, cookies and more are baked fresh, on site every day of the week.
